Having lived and worked as an executive in several countries around the world (while being able to speak 15 languages, including Mandarin Chinese, Ancient Latin, French, and Romanian where she’s from), Janina is a modern day time-traveller who understands the past, the present, and the future of business transformation.
With over 19 years of experience across Europe and Asia as a management and branding consultant, Janina has delivered solutions both big and small—for local startups, and for one of the largest FMCG companies in the Philippines—where she led a holistic change management program, and the structuring of a massive CSR program from the ground-up.
At Godmother, she cares for clients by helping them make sense out of chaos, and by bringing high-level strategy down to bite-sized pieces that anyone can understand. Ms. Simion is a Change Management specialist and a strategic advisor on CSR Development, Corporate Communications, and Marketing Management in the Non-profit sector. Her goal is to bring inspiration, synergy, and flow in every scenario.
In 2014 and 2015, she was awarded two Rotary International Presidential Awards for her contributions to the Rotary Club of Chengdu (Sichuan, China) where she served as PR Director.
Janina is also a certified Authentic Happiness Life Coach, and a classically trained mezzo-soprano. She is just as comfortable communicating to an audience of one, or to a sea of thousands.
