As Worldwide Creative Officer for Saatchi & Saatchi X and Saatchi & Saatchi S, Carlos managed the agency’s creative function across their global networks. He was responsible for championing the vision, winning new business and evolving client projects into long-term, sustainable relationships. Carlos had transformed the agency’s capabilities by attacking assignments from multiple marketing perspectives.
In addition, Carlos was a member of the Saatchi & Saatchi worldwide creative board and was part of the global leadership team. Carlos brought his extensive knowledge of consumer branding to this role and was constantly elevating the importance of creative thinking in engage his colleagues and clients with innovative ways to enhance all marketing touch points.
Carlos oversaw and directed the following accounts, P&G accounts; including Pampers, Old Spice, Olay, Crest, Tide and Gillette. Other accounts include American Express, Wendy’s, Prilosec, FritoLay, Hanes and Wal-Mart.
