He brings over 20 years of brand and strategy consulting experience in B2B and B2C. Prior to Godmother, he was the managing director of NINJA, a brand strategy agency based in Manila and served as strategic advisor to companies in Germany, Singapore, Australia, USA, and Japan.
Gen is a pathfinder who helps map out ideas, and a synthesist who weaves data into recipes for success. He specializes in tactical analysis, ideation, and marketing planning.
He took up Global Brand Management and Global Marketing Strategy in Thunderbird, The Garvin School of Global Management in Arizona.
