Originally from Rome, Italy, Q moved to New York in 1981 to join Sandgren & Murtha, the first spinoff of industry leader Lippincott & Margulies. From 2014 to 2016 Q served as the resident senior brand advisor to Philips management in Amsterdam, helping the complex transition of the company to a healthtech global player. Q attended Rome University's School of Economics, Copywriting School at I.E.D in Rome, and School of Visual Arts in New York City.
